As our Digital Solutions Manager, you will design, develop, test, implement and maintain business-oriented solutions, with a particular focus on automation in the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and related tools. You will work with internal colleagues to identify and prioritise digitalisation and automation initiatives and ensure that solutions are secure, documented and user friendly. You will also explore AI use cases where there is clear business benefit.

Your tasks will include:
- Work with colleagues to design, develop, test, and maintain digital business solutions and workflow automations in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Develop automations that improve efficiency, transparency, and data quality.
- Prepare user documentation, guidance, and training materials.
- Document lessons learned, best practices, and reusable components from solution development.
- Contribute to the development of a digital solutions knowledge base and community of practice.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Your profile:
- Relevant experience in workflow automation, digital solution delivery or comparable work, preferably in a Microsoft 365 environment. Experience gained during internships or educational coursework is accepted.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps, is an advantage.
- Good practical experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, Teams and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Basic understanding of AI-supported productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI applications is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, service-oriented working style.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues and management.
- Very good command of English; German or another relevant working language is an advantage.
